GOLD Program Requirements

Candidates for Catalent’s GOLD Program must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree (technical discipline preferred)
  • Strong commitment to career development in operations management
  • Excellent academic record; minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Proven leadership ability and learning agility
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Flexible work hours

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be offered a full-time position at one of Catalent’s locations. Placement will be based on professional interests, performance in rotations, and organizational resource needs.
